Oh Lawd!

So I dont think the styling is particularly impressive. Colour blocking... well done. But the art direction and concept floored me. Just so fantastic to look at. Like a bunch of coked up housewives in the Queen of Hearts' garden.

Anja/Margaux

So I was having a look at this cool editorial on Fashion Gone Rogue

And I thought: hey this girl is pretty... so I started searching for more images of her and then I found these...

And then I thought: Hang on! I've seen this chick somewhere before... but no. It was somone else, Margaux Lonnberg. I'm not sure why but despite her imaciated frame there is something incredibly beautiful and intruiging about her, her tattoo's and those bleached eyebrows.

But I cant help wanting to feed her a huge plate of mac & cheese, shove her in the shower and throw some conditioner at her.

oh so pretty!

I'm not what you would call a "girly girl". I wear pants more often than not, dont own an item of pink clothing and generally shy away (read: run screaming) from florals. But ever since I shaved half of my head (dont panic, it actually looks quite cool - except when it's wet. Then I look like a convict). Anyway, I've had to try pretty up my wardrobe over the last few weeks so that I dont look too much like a boy with the new "do".

Some days I'll wear very "pretty" makeup: lashings of mascara, rosy cheeks and a bit of lip balm but more often I wear a rocking lipstick. I've only started wearing lipstick recently and let me tell you, I didn't jump into the shallow end. Here are a few of my fave's:

Resort 2012

The last few weeks have been filled with little more than hours of artwork approval in the office, tinned soup for dinner and an overdose of early "Friends" episodes. I've had little to no time to scour the interweb for new niceness, never mind blog. 

I did however find these gems. There really is little point in harping on about the ridiculous level of cool in these looks because it's obvious.
